The apartment is ideal for a long-term stay. We are a 2-person shared apartment with two rooms, where one room is already occupied and the second room is now becoming vacant.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, respectful and uncomplicated person who can get along well with others and values harmonious living together. A stay of at least one year is preferred.

Bus connection: approx. 15 minutes on foot
Supermarket: approx. 5 minutes on foot
Nature & hiking trails: directly in the surrounding area
Long-term stays: preferred, at least 1 year
Cat friendly: cats are very welcome
