With five great long-term tenants we share in the
basement.... washing machine, tumble dryer, centrifuge,
drying room as well as storage room for bicycles.

Hobby rooms, parking spaces for motor vehicles/bicycles
can be rented directly from the administration.

Public transport and various
shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Order/cleanliness, an open, honest and respectful
communication is self-explanatory.

Weekly residents with an existing permanent residence are preferred.
Rental relationship is at least 1 year and the room is for one person.
