Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 9m2 with two windows. It is very bright and has a beautiful, high ceiling. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared, as is the garden. The house is intended to be renovated at some point and thus there is a notice period of 3 months from the landlord. The furniture in the room can be taken over if required (bed, 2 shelves/chest of drawers). I am looking for a housemate who is interested in cozy cohabitation, sometimes cooking and eating together, working in the garden or having a tea. Since it is a two-person WG, it makes no sense to me to run separate households, so I share food, as locally, seasonally and in organic quality as possible. Cooking for each other sometimes and pitching in in the garden sounds like music to your ears? Maybe we will also make music together soon 😊. The house and the apartment are rather resonant, so you love and respect the night rest of the housemates in the house. A love for animals is very welcome. My cat Lena lives with me in the apartment. She goes in and out of the living room to the garden, and walks freely around the apartment. If you would like to look after Lena sometimes during my holidays, that would be super kind, otherwise our neighbors will look after her. I have a background in Facility Management and worked in consulting for several years. A few years ago I completed training in herbal pedagogy and since 2022 I have been giving herbal tours with my own company Kräuterstunde. Additionally, I am active in an unpackaged shop Zwibol and in various gardens. I love delicious food, cooking, am often to be found in the garden or hiking. From time to time I make music or cuddle with my cat Lena on the sofa and watch a film. As a native Dutch woman, I like uncomplicated, direct communication.
