Room in a shared flat

From 24th of August, we are looking for a new (female) roommate in our 3-person shared apartment. It is important to us that we all get along very well. We’re looking for an open-minded and fun person to join our home. While we generally respect each other’s personal space and enjoy quiet time, we also like to share moments together when the occasion arises—whether it’s a weekend activity like skiing or hiking, cooking a meal, or enjoying a drink in the evening. Our priority is creating a friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and has the space they need, while still being open to spending time together when it feels right. It is very important to us to keep the flat clean and tidy and therefore look for someone who shares this mindset. About the flatmates: Christina, 29 years old, from Copenhagen has just moved to Zurich and is working in sustainable finance. Laura, 26 years old, from Bergamo is doing a PhD in applied computer science. We are preferably looking for a female flatmate of a similar age (between 25-32 years). About the apartment: The apartment is very spacious, bright and offers a cozy living atmosphere. The entire apartment is 110 square meters big with a large living room and kitchen - fully equipped. A washing machine and tumbler are available inside the apartment. There is also a balcony with morning sun and lake view. We have several storage units inside the flat as well as a bike and storage cellar. The available room is approx. 12.5 square meters big with a built in air conditioning. Together with the existing living room furniture, I’m looking to sell my bed frame and a small closet for approx. CHF 650 all together. Happy to chat more. About the surroundings: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a lot of greenery. The flat is well connected to the city center of Zurich via tram line 7, you can reach the main station within 20 minutes (the Tram stop Butzenstrasse is within 6 minutes walking distance). The lake and the Badi Wollishofen can be reached within 15 minutes of walking, which we particularly enjoy during the summer.
