Our shared flat (5.5 rooms) is located on Rorschacherstrasse, directly at the St. Fiden Zentrum bus stop with good connections in all directions. It is less than 5 minutes by bus to the Marktplatz with restaurants and bars, and 8 minutes to the main station. Migros, Lidl and Denner can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot.

APARTMENT:
The apartment is spacious and bright and has a balcony. The living room is cozily furnished, the kitchen and the two bathrooms were recently renovated. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available directly in the apartment. In addition, a large cellar compartment belongs to the shared flat.
ROOM:
9 m², partially furnished upon request.

RENT & CONDITIONS:

• Rent: 980 CHF per month
• Deposit: 3 months' rent
• Move-in: from 2. February 2027 or by arrangement
• Rental period: indefinite

WG LIFE:
We are two HSG students (Bachelor & PhD). During the week, each of us tends to do her own thing. However, when the opportunity arises, we enjoy spending a cozy evening together in the kitchen or the living room, chatting or cooking and eating together. As a roommate, we are looking for an upbeat and open person. Ideally, you study at the HSG or PH, but we also welcome other applications. From summer 2027, there is also the possibility to take over the main tenancy. If this interests you, please mention it in your message.
