This bright and beautiful apartment in a popular location impresses above all with its spacious living room. Adjacent to it is another room, which is excellently suited, for example, as an office, hobby, or children's room, and last but not least, the bedroom. The apartment is rounded off with a like-new kitchen from 11.2021. During the renovation, high-quality laminate flooring was installed in all rooms. The apartment is located in a central but extremely quiet location, in the trendy Breitsch/Lorraine! But, the absolute highlight is the new bathroom with its own Jacuzzi tub and rain shower. Of course, the apartment includes its own cellar compartment (renovated 10.2026) and access to the locked bicycle room. Rental parking spaces are available upon request. Photos are from the sister apartment, as renovation is currently underway. The apartment is in a quiet location! 2 minutes' walk from public transport, larger shopping and catering options in the immediate vicinity. Uni is reachable in approx. 15 minutes by public transport.

The apartment has approx. +60m2, is located on the mezzanine floor, has no balcony or lift, and is in an old building. The rental takes place from November; it is currently being renovated.
