Room in a shared flat

Live directly at Limmatplatz near the nightlife area (Langstrasse) and yet in a super quiet location. With us, you feel like you are in a village – just right in the middle of the city. We – that is Alex (30, event manager) and Chris (37, product developer) – have a free room for you. In addition to the two of us, Mattes (34, management consultant) and Riccardo (26, architect) also live in the house. **The house offers you** Lots of space on around 200 qm, distributed over four levels: basement with laundry room and storage space, ground floor with kitchen, spacious living area and garden, upper floor with roof terrace as well as attic. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms – enough space for privacy & community. The shared rooms are lovingly furnished with design classics and lots of art. **Your room** The room on the upper floor (approx. 17.5 qm) is fully and high-quality furnished (160cm bed, large wardrobe, large desk with chair, shelf). In addition to the usual service charges, the rent also includes internet & Serafe, Zürisäcke, a cleaning service, the contribution to purchases for basic shared necessities, as well as the shared use of a subscription for the Zürcher outdoor and indoor swimming pools. We are looking for a sympathetic female or male flatmate. You should be well-established in (working) life, have enjoyment in beautiful living, place great value on order and cleanliness and be considerate, but also be enthusiastic about a shared apéro or a spontaneous dinner. **The most important in brief** Move-in: from 1.
