1 rooms apartment

Hoi!
I live in a 1-room apartment in a super location. It has a balcony, an entrance area/hallway with built-in wardrobes and a large bathroom including a bathtub. The kitchen has enough space for a dining table and was therefore also used as a dining room.
A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment.
The apartment has been freshly painted and has air conditioning in both rooms, which was really super, especially in summer.
There is a communal laundry room, but it is mostly free, as the other parties predominantly have private washing towers in the apartment (this is also a possibility in this apartment, it would just have to be bought yourself).
The location is super, the neighbors too and very uncomplicated.

I am looking for:
1+ room apartment up to 1000.-
I am JUWO eligible and now have a smaller budget due to my studies.
Feel free to write to me if you have or know something:)))
