We want to establish a special adult shared apartment for people from approx. 55 years old in a beautiful multi-family house.

This is not simply about renting out a room. Rather, a harmonious community should emerge, in which everyone has their own retreat space and at the same time togetherness is nurtured.

The house offers 11 rooms, in various sizes. Additionally 2 common rooms, of which 1 fireplace room and 1 meeting room approx. 50 Qm with an additional kitchen.

The common areas; large garden, 3 terraces as well as an adjacent private forest plot are free for all residents to use.

We are looking for people who can imagine a new, uncomplicated and warm way of living:
People who like to live independently, but do not necessarily see being alone as a future model. People who value community without wanting to give up their personal freedom.

What we wish for

A shared apartment in which people respect and support each other and perhaps also cook together, sit on one of the terraces, drink a coffee, laugh and create a pleasant atmosphere together.

Everyone is allowed to be as they are.
Together instead of lonely, but with enough space for privacy.

The idea is a symbiosis of independent living and lived community, in which something beautiful and binding may gradually emerge.
