Living in the treetops – an extraordinary home for a limited time
In a quiet, green location at the Winterthurer Lindberg, we are renting out our special architect's house for a limited period until the end of September 2027.

The house, designed by the Winterthurer architect Peter Kunz, impresses with its unique architecture, generous glass fronts, light-flooded rooms, and a harmonious connection between the indoor and outdoor areas.

The approximately 56 m² large roof terrace, surrounded by plenty of greenery, invites you to relax and creates a unique living feeling with much peace and privacy.

Who we are looking for
We are preferably looking for a quiet, responsible couple or two adult persons who are looking for a special home for a few months and appreciate a well-maintained, harmonious living atmosphere.
Since we are making our personal home, including furniture and equipment, available, a careful, respectful, and responsible handling of the house and all furnishings is particularly important to us.

We wish for tenants who treat our house during our absence with the same care as if it were their own.
Important notes

• The house is intended exclusively for quiet residential use.
• Parties, larger celebrations, and events are not permitted.
• Keeping pets is not intended.
• Smoking in the house is not permitted.
• Careful handling of the furniture, appliances, and the entire interior is required.
• We place great value on mutual trust, consideration, and compliance with house rules.

Rental conditions
The rental is for a limited period until 20 September 2027. The start of the lease can be flexibly agreed upon between January and May 2027.
The monthly rent is CHF 2'850.– excluding ancillary costs. A garage parking space can optionally be rented additionally for CHF 150.– per month.

The house is suitable for people who place special value on architecture, nature, peace, and a well-maintained living environment.
