Room in a shared flat

Spacious furnished room in a bright student apartment available from September 2026 until January 2027. We are renting out a large furnished room of 21.2 m2 in our bright and recently renovated apartment in St Gallen. The apartment is located in a lively student neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious attic which we have turned into a game and party room. It is a great place to relax spend time with friends or hang out with your flatmates. You will be sharing the apartment with two easy going Swiss students from Zug who are both 20 years old. We value a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and are looking for someone who fits well into the flat. The apartment is about 10 minutes on foot from Marktplatz. Restaurants cafes bars barber shops and an outdoor basketball court are all just a few minutes away. Washing machines are located in the same building. Please note that there is currently no Wi Fi available in the apartment. Wir vermieten ein grosses moebliertes Zimmer mit 21.2 m2 in unserer hellen und frisch renovierten Wohnung in St Gallen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem lebendigen Studentenviertel in der Naehe des Stadtzentrums. Ein besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist der grosszuegige Dachboden den wir zu einem Spiel und Partyraum umgebaut haben. Dort kann man entspannen Zeit mit Freunden verbringen oder einfach den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen lassen. Du wohnst mit zwei unkomplizierten Schweizer Studenten aus Zug zusammen die beide 20 Jahre alt sind. Uns ist eine freundliche und entspannte WG Atmosphaere wichtig und wir freuen uns ueber eine Person die gut zu uns passt. Die Wohnung liegt nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Marktplatz entfernt. Restaurants Cafes Bars Friseure und ein Outdoor Basketballplatz befinden sich in unmittelbarer Naehe. Waschmaschinen stehen im selben Gebaeude zur Verfuegung. Bitte beachte dass in der Wohnung derzeit kein WLAN vorhanden ist. Das Zimmer ist von September 2026 bis Januar 2027 verfuegbar.
