Room in a shared flat

The room is already available from 1st October and is planned as a long-term tenancy. It is extremely cheap, capacious and convenient, because the location would allow you to reach Zürich HB in 12/15 mins on a train ride. I am the current tenant. My name is Vito, 23, from Puglia (Southern Italy) and I am working as at Zürich Airport. I speak fluently Italian, English, French and Spanish and a discrete level of German. I am looking for someone tidy, clean, down to earth and kind hearted to join the house contract. Furniture to be sold upon prior agreement. A deposit of 1,140 francs will also be required as from the contract. P.S. I only welcome applications from people aged 23/28.
