Room in a shared flat

Hello 😊 I'm Noemi (33) and I live in a beautiful 3.5-room apartment in Rüti. Since my current roommate is moving out at the end of September, I'm looking for a new female roommate between approximately 25 and 35 years old. The available shared flat room is around 14 m² in size (see picture with workspace and clothes rack) and offers enough space to make it cozy. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and I've been living here since October 2024. It has a spacious balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, a Reduit with its own washing tower, and a cellar compartment. A parking space can be rented additionally if needed. The location is very practical: Rüti train station is about a 10-minute walk away and various shopping options are also nearby. The rent was calculated based on the room size (proportionally for the 14 m² room) and already includes ancillary costs as well as internet and TV.
