I am looking for a new tenant to take over my lovely 3.5-room apartment located in the quiet and pleasant residential neighbourhood of Montelly, Lausanne.

The apartment enjoys a peaceful, green setting, beautiful views of Lake Geneva and a particularly charming location, with a beautiful pine tree nearby.
