Room in a shared flat

The offered room is particularly generously sized. Originally, it consisted of two rooms that were connected into one large double room by removing a wardrobe. A practical built-in wardrobe is still available.
Thanks to its size, the room is suitable both for a single person with increased space requirements and for a couple. Currently, there are no photos of the room available.

The house offers sufficient space for three residential parties and features several special characteristics:

• Outdoor pool: (not heated).
• Whirlpool: Heated year-round and usable 365 days a year.
• Four terraces: Outdoor areas of different sizes.
• Outdoor fireplace
• Laundry room: With generous storage space, washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry chute also available.
• Cloakroom: Cloakroom as a separate room right in the entrance area with built-in wardrobes.
• Generous space offering: Enough room for communal living and individual retreat possibilities.

Currently, we, two men both around 30 years old, live in the house as a pair. Additionally, two cats (one male and one female) as well as a small dog belong to our shared community.
We wish for an uncomplicated, respectful person or a couple who enjoys pleasant coexistence and takes care of the material and the house. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable, shows mutual consideration, and can enjoy their privacy at the same time.

The house is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone in Frauenfeld. The city center as well as the train station are reachable in approximately 10 minutes on foot. Right in front of the house is the Kantonsschule (does not make extra noise), with volleyball, basketball, handball courts, 800m running track, long jump, etc. The sports field is intended for public use.
