Room in a shared flat

We are a 3-person shared apartment in a spacious 4.5-room apartment.
The available room is 12m² in size, flooded with light, and will be rented out unfurnished and on an indefinite basis starting from 1 November 2026.
The apartment features a large living room and an open kitchen with a kitchen island. In addition to a large bathroom with WC, shower, and bathtub, there is a small bathroom with a separate WC. The large balcony with lounge invites you to relax comfortably.
A large cellar compartment with its own washing machine and tumble dryer belongs to the apartment.

The train station and the lake are reachable within a few minutes' walk. In 1-2 minutes' walk, you can reach various shopping facilities (Coop, Migros, Aldi).

We are Annika (23) and Lena (32) and both are employed.
In our free time, we enjoy being outdoors and doing sports (jogging, fitness, hiking, road cycling, skiing...).
We value time with friends, are spontaneous, and are up for almost anything.
We would be very happy about a companion for sports or a spontaneous flatmate evening!

Two cats live in the shared apartment, who would be happy about additional petting and play sessions.

We place great value on respectful and considerate coexistence.
Spontaneous shared dinners and conversations are very welcome. Likewise, we appreciate quiet evenings and time for ourselves.
Quite according to the motto "Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory".
