Room in a shared flat

We, Anette (54), Tom (53) and Lela (53) with cat Merlin have a room free for another roommate, over 40 years old. We live in a renovated, bright farmhouse with a lot of space, a garden and a large seating area with a view of the greenery. Our home is located in a rural area, about 15 minutes' walk from the nearest bus stop. A car or scooter is therefore an advantage. No other pets are possible. The room is available from 1.4.2027, 17 m2 in size, 2.1 m high and unfurnished. Shared use: living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, basement/laundry room, part of the attic. High-speed internet (switched off at night), parking space. Rent for one room: 770 CHF plus 130 CHF ancillary costs (total 900.- CHF). We are a friendly and well-kept shared flat, like to laugh, are empathetic, open, reflective and cordial. Each of us is on their own path.
