The apartment is located just 5 minutes' walk from Sursee's old town, directly on Münsterstrasse. It is an old building apartment with a bathroom (with bathtub). The garden with seating area and the bicycle room may be used jointly. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters and the costs (averaging around 100-150 Fr. per month) are paid directly by the tenant. The remaining ancillary costs are included. A garage (100 Fr.) or parking space (50 Fr.) can be rented additionally. The apartment is available from October.
