Tenancy: The apartment is rented via sublease through United Collective GmbH (the gastronomy group of Stereo Bar). The sublease agreement has a term of one year and automatically extends for another year unless terminated by one of the parties. We ourselves lived here for three years.

Good to know: The apartment is located on the top floor and is only accessible via the staircase (no lift). There is no balcony. Brauerstrasse is very busy, which is why the apartment is rather suitable for people who appreciate the lively neighborhood life and are not particularly sensitive to noise.
