Room in a shared flat

December 2026 (dates somewhat flexible) This bright, friendly and airy room with a modern flair is perfect for a solo female business traveler or student. The bed can be used as a single bed or pulled out into a double bed depending on your preference. The apartment is ideally located on the edge of Zürich Kreis 2 (city center) in the immediate vicinity of good public transport connections, only 5 minutes walking distance from a large park (Allmend Brunau), 8 minutes by train to Hauptbahnhof Zürich and 10 minutes walking distance to Zürichsee. You will share the apartment with me (Jenny, a professional opera singer) and my small rescue dog Ruth. We are both non-smokers, quiet and tidy and expect the same from a potential roommate. :) Included in the gross rent/warm rent are WLAN, Netflix, bed linen, towels, the use of the washing machine and the dryer in the apartment, a cellar compartment as well as the common rooms (a large, fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, a large living room, a bathroom with bathtub, and WC). For an additional charge of 50 CHF per month, a professional cleaner can be commissioned every two weeks, who will thoroughly clean your room and change the bed linen. Ideally located on the outskirts of Zurich Kreis 2 (city center) and right near several public transit stops, it is only a 5-minute walk to a large park (Allmend Brunau), an 8-minute train ride to Zurich HB / Central Train Station, and a 10-minute walk to Lake Zürich. The flat will be shared with me (Jenny, a professional opera singer) and my small rescue dog, Ruth. We are both non-smokers, are quiet and tidy, and we would expect the same form a potential roommate. :) The gross rent includes WIFI, Netflix, bed linens, towels, use of the in-flat washing machine + tumbler, basement storage area, and shared spaces (a large, fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, a large living room, bathroom w/ bathtub, and WC).
