3.5-room maisonette apartment with garden seating area in Seltisberg BL. From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are renting a cozy 3.5-room maisonette apartment in Seltisberg BL. The apartment is located in a detached, idyllically situated small house with charming old-building character. It is connected to the adjacent property via the shared stairwell. The private garden seating area and the quiet location in the greenery (next to fields and forest) give the apartment a very special, private charm. The small house has been continuously renovated and carefully maintained over the past years. In 2014, the entire interior of the house was renovated, including new water pipes and a new kitchen. In 2016, the windows were replaced. In 2023, the roof was completely renewed and newly insulated, a new heat pump was installed, the exterior facade was freshly painted, and the shutters were renewed. In 2026, the apartment was refreshed once more: the kitchen floor and the dishwasher were renewed and the entire apartment was freshly painted.
