In a beautifully historic warehouse in a central and yet quiet location, we rent out workplaces as an office community on an attractive gallery. The Allmend, the Sihlcity shopping center, various sports facilities and many other amenities are easily accessible on foot. For shared use, generous spaces are available: toilet and shower, two meeting rooms (23 m² and 34 m²), a lounge with dining table and kitchen (approx. 65 m²), a large roof terrace and visitor parking spaces. * Single workstation (table with office chair): CHF 510.- per month * Double workstation (large table with two office chairs): CHF 910.- per month On request, the workstations can be supplemented with additional shelf space. The rent includes ancillary costs (heating, electricity, water and cleaning), high-speed internet, co-use of the printer as well as coffee, fruit and other snacks.
