3.5-room apartment for sublet on the 4th floor of an old building in a central location. Location: Kreis Lage, 3 minutes from Idaplatz. Duration: from 18 September until at most 30 December 2026. Other time windows are possible upon arrangement. The minimum rental period is 2 months. The apartment has 3.5 rooms and the following rooms: \- living room, \- dining room, \- bedroom, \- a small kitchen. \- a small balcony.
