Room in a shared flat

We are renting a total of **four WG rooms** in an apartment in a central location in Sursee. The rooms are all similarly laid out – the photos are from an example room. **About the apartment:** * Shared use of kitchen, dining room and bathroom with the roommates * Kitchen and dining room are additionally used in the mornings by the team from the butchery located in the building * Weekly cleaning of the common rooms by a cleaning lady **Conditions:** * Rent: **CHF 400.– / month + CHF 5.– waste fee = CHF 405.–** * Deposit: **CHF 150.–** (for keys & final cleaning) – will be refunded upon moving out * WLAN available in all rooms * No laundry facilities in the building * Please bring your own bed linen **Address:** Centralstrasse 10, 6210 Sursee (1st floor) We are looking for **young, uncomplicated roommates (approx. 20–30 years old)** – also welcome are those performing civil service, interns or students.
