The apartment is located near all amenities: shops, school, swimming pool, sports center and public transport. Cornavin station is 20 minutes away by bus, the airport is 30 minutes away and in 12 minutes you have the Lancy Pont-Rouge station. It is a very quiet neighborhood located at the foot of the Bois de la chapelle forest. I am a very sociable person but looking for people who are very respectful of the environment and relatively calm; English speakers are welcome. It is important that we meet beforehand so that it suits us both. The room is for rent for a single person unless it is for a very short duration such as for holidays, where there is a room for 2 people.
