We are subletting our fully furnished apartment located at Tschudistrasse 38, St. Gallen, from August/September 2026 until August 2027. The apartment is ideal for two students and includes: * 4.5 rooms * 2 bedrooms * 1 additional room/storage room * Spacious living room * Fully equipped kitchen * 1 bathroom * Dishwasher * Washing machine inside the apartment * Fully furnished and ready to move in The location is very convenient for university students. The university can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by bus. The nearest bus stops are: * Melonenstrasse, bus line 5 * Geltenwilenstrasse, bus lines 7 and 8 Supermarkets and essential services are also nearby. Migros, Denner, Aldi, and other shops are about 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bus away. Rent: CHF 1,400 per month (CHF 700 per person), including the use of all furniture. Not included: electricity costs and any year-end adjustment of apartment expenses based on actual consumption. We are looking for friendly, tidy, and responsible students who will take good care of the apartment.
