I wish to transfer my lease for a lovely 2-room apartment located in Nyon, suitable for a single person or a couple.

The apartment benefits from a very good location and a particularly advantageous rent for Nyon. Given the price and the location, it is likely to go very quickly.

• Recent extract from the debt enforcement register
• Last 3 payslips
• Employment contract or employer's certificate
• Private liability / household insurance certificate, the landlord will prioritize complete files.
• Any additional documents

The apartment and the neighborhood

Through-apartment with a lot of charm and a little Parisian spirit: view of the Grande-Rue and the Nyon market on Saturday mornings on one side, and on the kitchen side, a view of the neighbors' kitchens and the life of the building.

Everything is nearby: excellent Italian caterer downstairs, Russian grocery store, very good restaurant opposite, shops, shopping and new addresses such as matcha bars or a New York-style cookie bakery.

About 6 minutes on foot from the station and the lake, with Geneva about 15 minutes and Lausanne 20 minutes away by train.

The apartment is located in an old building.
