Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a successor from 01.09 for a room in a 4-person shared apartment in Glattpark, as I (Tanja) will be traveling starting in autumn. We are Lukas (36), Lea (26) and Tim (25) and have been living together for approx. 2 years now. We value uncomplicated and open coexistence and enjoy exchanging ideas in a short kitchen-talk, but at the same time also like our retreat, so very relaxed. What awaits you: Our apartment is located in the MinMax new building and is designed as a shared apartment. The room is exceptionally large with 30m2, unfurnished and has its own bathroom with shower, a winter garden, refrigerator and its own mailbox. The shared living area is approx. 130m2 and includes a well-equipped and modern kitchen, a beautiful and large living room and a large shared winter garden. In the apartment there is a washing machine and dryer, furthermore we have a guest bed and guest WC for visitors. A parking space can also be rented. Surroundings: The apartment is in Glattpark, 15min from HB and 10min from the airport. Shopping facilities (such as Coop) and restaurants are directly in front of the door. The bus stop is located directly in front of the house and the tram stop is approx. 5min away on foot. In Glattpark there is also a lake, large meadows with barbecue areas, walking paths by the river, basketball and beach volleyball courts, etc. :) What we wish from you: You should be responsible and contribute your part to the order and care of the shared rooms. Furthermore, we wish for someone who wants to stay with us long-term and make the shared apartment a beautiful home together with us.
