Room in a shared flat

From the beginning/middle of October or by arrangement, a 10 m² room in our 3-person shared flat in Breitenrain will become available.

The apartment features a shared living room with access to one of the two balconies. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The Breitenrain tram stop is only about a 3-minute walk away.

You would live with two roommates, both in their late twenties and currently completing their Bachelor's in Social Work. Both are athletic, enjoy being out with friends, and otherwise lead their own lives.

We are not a functional shared flat (Zweck-WG), but also not a shared flat where cooking together every evening is required. If the opportunity arises, we enjoy sitting together, cooking something, or having a beer. At the same time, we also appreciate having our peace after a long day. Above all, an uncomplicated and relaxed coexistence is important to us.
