The apartment: Your little paradise by the lake
Are you looking for a haven of peace that combines the best of nature and the city? We are offering a room in our dream 4-room apartment, located directly between the forest and the lake.
Location: Only 3 min. walk from the lake – with access to a private beach and a garden. The bus stop is 3 min. walk away and Biel station is accessible in 20 min. You can see the lake from almost all rooms, and the view from the dining room is simply breathtaking. Washing machine and dryer are available in the cellar. Rent all-inclusive.
Your future roommates: the apartment is currently occupied by Isabelle and Julia who speak German, French and English fluently:

• Isabelle (59 years): Works in finance, open-minded, dynamic and very relaxed. Having found a job further away, she is generally only there on weekends.
• Julia (30 years): German teacher in Biel, curious about everything, playful, who loves spending time in nature. As the apartment is her main place of residence and she currently needs calm, she appreciates a harmonious and relaxed interior.

Your profile: Ideally, we are looking for a person between 20 and 50 years old. We are looking for someone composed and respectful. Good communication and cleanliness are essential criteria for us. If things click, Julia would be delighted to share discussions in the kitchen, to cook or eat together, or even to have game nights – all without any fuss.
