Room in a shared flat

It is about two charming rooms in a house with a garden. The two rooms are each 8m² in size and are perfect for people who want to separate their sleeping and working areas. You will take over the rooms unfurnished.
Our home is located directly at the edge of the forest and is 10 minutes by bus, 7 minutes by bicycle, and 15 minutes on foot from Baden station. Surrounded by shade-providing trees, we look after our garden and the resulting household chores together. You will share the bathroom with one other person, and the remaining rooms are used communally. It gets cozy in our living room with film and crime dinner evenings or in the dining room during shared WG dinners. There is plenty of space for all your things in the cellar and in the attic, and in the garage for your bicycle.
The utility costs are not yet included in the rental price and are borne by the entire WG.

We are looking for an open-minded person who wants to actively shape and experience WG life. As an experienced WG, we wish for someone who also sees the work and carries out their chores conscientiously.

We are five people between 28 and 31 (2f, 3m) and two cuddly cats (Lana and Louis). We have been living together in various constellations for many years, which is why close togetherness with good exchange and open communication is important to us. All of us enjoy volunteering in various areas and are professionally mostly socially or pedagogically oriented. We actively live our WG togetherness with shared dinners, regular meetings, or an after-work fun drink.
