3 ½ rooms apartment

Here you live centrally and yet quietly: in a multicultural neighborhood, a row of houses behind the Bernstrasse and thus away from the traffic. You can reach the bus stop in 2 minutes on foot, and the Old Town in a few minutes' walk. It is 20 minutes on foot to the main station, 10 minutes by bus, or only 5 minutes by bicycle.
What awaits you:
The open living area with entrance, kitchen, and living room is bright and the ideal meeting point for cooking evenings and discussion groups. The floor made of comfort vinyl parquet (Alaska oak) feels good and is easy to maintain. In 2025, the kitchen was renewed and in 2026, the bathroom was renewed with a walk-in shower. On the 8 m² balcony on the 2nd floor, you enjoy the view over the rooftops to the Kantonsspital. The house with 10 apartments was completely renovated in 2013.
Who will feel at home in this house:
Individuals, married couples, and shared apartments live in the house - there is a good, peaceful coexistence. The apartment is ideally usable as a shared apartment with a maximum of three people.

Administration and rental are handled directly through us. As owners, we value a good living climate and would like to get to know you personally and show you the apartment.
