Room in a shared flat

Shared flat room on the Rhine in Stein am Rhein – from 1 July From 1 July, a room will become available in our shared flat. Since we also have a separate guest room, you can choose between two rooms. The rent is 700 CHF including service charges. Included with the apartment and the property are: * two south-facing terraces * a covered seating area in the garden * direct access to the Rhine * two kayaks for shared use * plenty of outdoor space and room to relax The shared flat is located outside the old town of Stein am Rhein. As a result, it is rather quiet here, while at the same time a bus stop is located directly in front of the house. The lido (Badi) with a volleyball court is in the immediate vicinity. Currently living in the shared flat are Flo (teacher), Tobias (carpenter), Simona (nurse and teacher) as well as two cats. Pleasant and respectful coexistence is important to us. We enjoy spending time together, whether eating, in the garden, or by the campfire. At the same time, every person has enough space for themselves. We are looking for a person who: * is interested in a communal shared flat life * participates reliably in the household * maintains a respectful and uncomplicated manner * ideally already has experience living in a shared flat You would move into an unfurnished room and share a bathroom with one other person. Thanks to the size of the house and the property, there are many possibilities to get involved, implement your own projects, or simply use the existing rooms.
