I'm looking for a friendly, considerate, and tidy person to move into my lovely apartment in Oerlikon! More pics/videos on request later on.

💰 Practical Details

• Rent: CHF 2,250/month (all-inclusive)
• Deposit: CHF 2,500 (two rents)
• Move-in: 22 January 2027 (flexible, potentially earlier by agreement)
• Duration: Long-term preferred (except trial months)
• Furnishing: To be discussed

🏡 The Apartment
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet very centrally situated in Oerlikon.

You'll have your own private room (approx. 25.5 m²), with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and access to our spacious garden, which is especially lovely during the warmer months! The whole apartment is around 80 m².

The apartment is already my established home. I have my own bedroom and living area, as well as a separate office/guest room. These spaces are primarily private, although occasional use can be discussed depending on our arrangements.

A washing machine is available in the basement and shared with the upstairs neighbor.

• Around 500 m from Oerlikon train station and the neighborhood center
• Excellent public transport connections (trams 7, 9, 20, 52 and bus 75)
• Supermarkets within easy reach
• Quiet neighborhood with convenient connections to central Zurich and the airport
• Hype restaurants, bars, other facilities nearby

I'm Tugsad Nikos, 30, currently a PhD researcher at the University of Zurich.
I'm sociable, open-minded, and easygoing. I enjoy good conversations, good food, spending time with friends, and being active. At the same time, I appreciate my privacy and a peaceful home environment.
I also really value cleanliness and organization, especially in shared spaces. I believe a comfortable home is one where people naturally look after their surroundings and respect each other's routines.
