Ich vermiete mein wunderschoenes Zimmer waehrend meines Auslandsaufenthalts von Oktober bis Ende Dezember oder Januar. Beginn und Ende sind nach Absprache flexibel. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er-Ladies-WG. Du wohnst mit meiner tollen Mitbewohnerin (38) in unserer schoenen 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung. Kueche, Baeder und Wohnzimmer teilt ihr euch.

Ausstattung: voll moebliert mit Bett, viel Stauraum und Kleiderstange. Die Wohnung enthaelt alles, was man zum Leben braucht, und ist voll ausgestattet.

Lage: sehr zentral. Die Tramhaltestelle Haldenbach ist 1 Minute entfernt (Tramlinien 9 und 10). Zu Fuss sind es 10 Minuten zum HB und zu den Unis. Cafes und ein Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke.

I am renting out my beautiful room while I am abroad, from October through the end of December or January. Start and end dates are flexible by agreement. The room is in a two-woman shared apartment. You will share the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room with my wonderful roommate (f, 38) in our lovely 3.5-room apartment.

Amenities: Fully furnished with a bed, plenty of storage space, and a clothes rack. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is fully equipped.

Location: Very central. The Haldenbach tram stop is a 1-minute walk away (tram lines 9 and 10). The main train station and universities are a 10-minute walk away. Cafes and a supermarket are just around the corner.
