For stays of less than 30 days, the final cleaning is included. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a security deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2.000,00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 are charged. The Rhine banks and the Basel landmark, the Münster, are about a 6-minute walk away. The Basel Messe center is 1.5 km away and can be reached by tram in less than 10 minutes. Numerous museums, shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars are also in the immediate vicinity. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a security deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2.000,00, which will be refunded after check-out provided the apartment is returned in perfect condition, and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200,00 must be paid directly to HITrental after booking. This apartment is well suited for remote work and offers Wi-Fi internet and a comfortable living area. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15,00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10,00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75,00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights).
