Room in a 5.5 room apartment with a retired woman (64). Own WC. Shared use of kitchen, bathroom and living room. Internet, electricity and water included. The room has a bed and desk with built-in wardrobe. The furniture can still be adjusted according to preference and need. Further pictures of the apartment will be sent upon request. Single woman wants to offer a weekly resident an affordable possibility in the agglomeration of Thun. The apartment has been regularly renovated and has a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is modern with steamer, oven, large refrigerator etc. The neighbors are quiet, there are families, dogs but also retirees in the block. Quiet quarter in a cul-de-sac. Bicycle cellar and parking space available. Washing machine & tumble dryer available in the common room (washing according to availability, no fixed times), close to public transport and regular connections to Thun and Bern (each 2x hourly). Good shopping possibilities in the village. Shared barbecue area with the neighbors. Female weekly resident sought. Non-smoker, no pets. Ideally 3-5 overnight stays per week. No fixed flatmate desired. Very flexible duration possible.
