Room in a shared flat

The room is
small but cozy and offers space for everything one needs. It is bright and offers a view of a green roof.
It is located in a spacious 4.5-room apartment with two bathrooms. A special plus is the cozy balcony, which invites you to relax and linger. :)
We are looking for
An open, uncomplicated, and cheerful person between 22 and 30 years old. Ideally, you are German-speaking and occasionally feel like having sociable evenings in the shared flat. Additionally, it would be great if you are tidy :)
We are
Alex (32 years, engineer) and Lea (25 years, lawyer). Alex is an outgoing person who travels a lot and also likes to go out partying. Lea's passion is music - in her free time, she plays in a brass band in Luzern and rehearses several times a week for it. Don't worry, the rehearsals of course do not take place in the shared flat :).
If you are up for occasional joint activities - whether for a cozy walk, a board game night, or something similar - but equally appreciate your time for yourself and your own activities, you will surely fit super into our shared flat. We look forward to getting to know you :)
