At der Burgstrasse, we are renting several individual rooms on the 2nd floor. The rooms are suitable for professionals, commuters, students, or persons looking for a simple, well-organized, and affordable living option for a limited period.
The rooms can be rented individually or - depending on availability and demand - together. Optional furnishing can be offered upon request.
Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other residents. Thus, the offer is particularly suitable for persons who appreciate their own room and use the communal rooms considerately.
The rental is limited to two years, or by arrangement.

• Rental of individual rooms or several rooms together possible

• Rent from CHF 650 per room and month
• Availability from 15. September
• Limited rental contract for two years
• Garage can be rented additionally as an option

• SBB-Bahnhof Glarus in around 3 minutes walking distance (approx. 200 m)
• Parking in the blue zone directly in front of the house
• City center with shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés and services only a few steps away
• Garage on the ground floor available to rent upon request
