From 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, we are renting this completely renovated 3-room apartment on the 1st floor of a quiet small multi-family house with three units in Allschwil.

The apartment features a kitchen with a built-in oven and microwave, an electric hob, and a dishwasher below the sink. It is illuminated by high-quality spotlights; the entire countertop and the extractor hood are illuminated. The mixer tap features a pull-out nozzle, and the built-in cabinets offer plenty of space. The kitchen is excellently sunny, and high-quality spotlights in the ceiling otherwise provide plenty of light – as in the hallway. Access to the spacious balcony (approx. 6.4m2) is via the kitchen.

In the bathroom, there is the walk-in shower, the WC and the washbasin with upper and lower cabinets, the laundry tower (washing machine, tumble dryer) and the electric towel radiator (not yet visible in the picture).

Within a 250m radius, you will find the Paradies shopping centre, the Letten shopping centre, tram lines 6 and 8 and several bus connections, Jumbo, McDonalds, as well as the Gartenhof school.
