For rent in Göschenen is a charming 3-room old building apartment on the upper floor - recently renovated with a well-equipped kitchen, living room with a tile stove, and two smaller rooms. Ideal for 1 to 2 persons. Additionally, a cellar compartment and space in the attic. Unfortunately no parking space/garage; however, this can be rented cheaply from the municipality. ATTENTION: Contrary to the pictures, the apartment is unfurnished.

Costs:
If the apartment is rented as a holiday apartment, an additional approx. CHF 100.00 tourist tax per month will be levied. The rent is understood to include heating costs (provided these do not exceed a reasonable amount). Water is split and electricity is billed directly. Telephone/Internet (not yet) available - but can be arranged in the meantime.

Availability: By arrangement.

German-speaking, long-term tenants without pets will be preferred. No seasonal workers or shared apartments (except couples/families).
