Room in a shared flat

I (m, 36) have a too big apartment for myself that I would like to share with someone. With me, you're on vacation. Architecturally, the neighborhood is like a Greek vacation home, all around it's green and the huge terrace with Jacuzzi and palm trees lets you enjoy every evening to the fullest... Additionally, there are public transportation options right outside the door that will take you quickly to Zurich/Winterthur or the airport. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll also find large shopping stores, cinema, restaurant, swimming pool, etc.. Details about the apartment: On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom, 1 office (I work from home 1 day a week), bathroom, and kitchen; 2nd floor: fireplace, 1 bedroom, and terrace. All rooms are fully furnished, can also be expanded/changed, and shared. It's a 2-person shared apartment. Something about me: I work as an engineer and have been living in this apartment for 6 years. I'm very athletic and when the weather is nice, I'm always outside biking, jogging, swimming, hiking, riding my motorcycle, or in the community garden. I'm an optimistic and helpful person and I'm always up for a beer/wine or something to drink. I also like to cook (daily) and you're welcome to join in and enjoy the food.
