A spacious 15m2 room flooded with natural light, thanks to its large window, is becoming available in Altstetten in the next Letziturm complex (built in 2022). The room will be furnished and is the biggest in the apartment. Preference will be given to those who will buy the furniture. About the flatmate: I am a 30y/o professional, working in the financial sector in Zurich since 2020. Fluent in Italian, English and French. My interests include listening to music, going to concerts, playing and watching all kinds of sports (especially basketball, football and motorsport). I love hanging out with friends and enjoy the spare time outdoors. I am looking for a friendly, easygoing and reliable person. Ideal candidates are those who value a mix of friendly chats and private downtime, and who also enjoy having the apartment to themselves from time to time. Don't forget to share a bit about yourself! The furnished apartment is about 85 square metres (3.5 rooms) and has a balcony, reduit (with washing machine and dryer) and a keller in the basement. The apartment is very bright and everything is almost brand new. On the ground floor and in front of the building a huge bike parking spot is available. Shops and groceries are available at walking distance like Letzipark shopping mall, Aldi, Coop Pronto. The apartment is well connected to the city centre via the Bus 31/N1 (next to the apartment), Tram 2 (6-8 minutes walk), Altstetten Bahnhof (8-10 minutes walk). The rent does not include Internet (around 25 CHF per month) and EWZ (around 35/40 CHF every three months). Nebenkosten are included in the rent. 3 months deposit. The room will become available beginning of September.
