Just under 14m2 in size, shower/WC (shared with one roommate) right next door. Cellar offers additional storage space (not for furniture). Garage space (150.-/month) possible.
For shared use are a large living room, the large terrace as well as an open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle etc. Additionally, a laundry tower is available in the apartment (utility room).
Deposit: 1600.- CHF

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Reliable roommates, age between 25 & 33, who is looking for a beautiful, bright room in a cool shared apartment. We appreciate shared activities as well as our own privacy. You can be a weekday resident or not. Pets are not allowed.
