Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 21m^2 in size, with access to the terrace. We would be happy if the furnishings are taken over. In addition, there is a living room, as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and everything provided. Additionally, the apartment has a part of the cellar that can be used. The apartment is directly at the Salersteig tram station, and thus has very good connections to all university campuses in Zürich (15 min center, 25 min Hönggerberg, 10 min Irchel) We are looking for another student to complete our shared flat again. We are looking for someone who is part of the shared flat, but also gives the others space. Additionally, you should be able to maintain order. We are currently two students, Lennard and Hongye. Lennard (21) studies mechanical engineering and spends most of his time at ARIS. Additionally, he likes to go bouldering and generally enjoys being outdoors. Hongye (21) studies computer science and has just completed his Bachelor's. Relaxed coexistence is important to us; we like to chat for a while in the kitchen. So no one has to show up for a weekly shared flat dinner; everyone has their own life and is of course allowed to retreat/disappear sometimes.
