Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a female flatmate who enjoys communal living and wants to actively contribute to shared flat life. This also includes the willingness to take care of the garden and take responsibility for pleasant coexistence.

We are Ivan (52) and Rosa (54) and live together with a female dog and two cats. We eat together once or twice a week, hold a house meeting twice a month, and do something together once a month.

The house is located 2.5 km from Hedingen station and 2 km from Affoltern am Albis station. The nearest bus stop (Fehrenbach) is 346 meters away.

To us, communal living means encountering each other in everyday life, exchanging ideas, and shaping time together. This includes regular joint activities and a lively togetherness. We require an enjoyment of this form of living.

If you feel addressed, tell us something about yourself, your previous experiences with communal living, and your ideas about living together.

PS: There is no possibility for a car parking space on the property.
