Room in a shared flat

Hello We are two young women (20 Selina, 21 Leana) Selina works in gastronomy and Leana studies psychology.
It is important to us that we have a good and relaxed life together in the shared flat. We also like to do something together sometimes, for example cooking together, having a drink or just spending a cozy evening. Nevertheless, we find it important that everyone also has their own free space and can withdraw sometimes. It is also important to us that we talk openly with each other and keep agreements. For example, that the chore plan works well and everyone completes their tasks. This way we can rely on each other and have a pleasant and uncomplicated life together. We are both Christians, so we would find it cool if you are also a Christian or if you just know it and it suits you:)
Who we are looking for We are looking for a woman aged approximately 19 to 23 years who is uncomplicated, open and reliable. It is important to us that the shared flat is not just a place to sleep and live, but that we also really live together and get along well with each other. The best for us would be someone who is uncomplicated, shows consideration for the others and also has fun building a good and relaxed shared flat community.
Available room / Residential location The apartment is 6 minutes on foot from the tram station Ostring. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher, but otherwise everything that one needs for everyday life. The apartment is simply limited until the end of March 2028.
