2 ½ rooms apartment

We are going on a journey and are subletting our beautiful, cozy and modern apartment opposite the Badi Allenmoos for a temporary period. One room will remain locked during this time, so 2.5 rooms are available. The bright apartment is located on the top floor of a quietly situated new building. The view into the greenery is particularly beautiful. The apartment includes:

• bright living/dining area with open kitchen
• bedroom
• shower room
• separate WC
• large terrace
• complete furniture and equipment (electricity, fiber optic)

For this period, we are looking for a reliable single person or a couple who will treat our apartment with care. Since our plants are close to our hearts, we would also be happy if they could be watered occasionally during our absence. Pets are unfortunately not possible.
As we are entrusting our apartment and personal belongings to you for several weeks, we would appreciate a short, personal and meaningful introduction: Who are you, why are you looking for a sublet, and what do you do for a living or during your stay in Zürich? Unfortunately, we cannot respond to general standard inquiries without personal details.
