1 room single room

From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, I am renting out a room in my 2-person shared apartment (WG) for indefinite subletting. I am looking for a person who is looking for a home long-term and ideally wants to stay for at least 1 year or longer.

The WG room is approx. 13.5m2 in size and is rented unfurnished. The living room and kitchen are furnished.

Costs:
Rent: CHF 825.- / month
Service charges: CHF 125.- / month
Outdoor parking space on request: CHF 50.- / month
Internet (WiFi) on request: CHF 17.50.- / month

Other costs (electricity, shared household expenses) that are not included in the service charges are shared among ourselves.

About the apartment:
The bright and modern 4.5-room apartment was completed in 2023 and offers plenty of space for a 2-person WG. The apartment includes, among other things:
Large balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains
Open, modern kitchen with dishwasher
Large bathroom with two washbasins
Washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment
Shared storage space in the apartment
Outdoor parking space on request (CHF 50.- / month)

In addition to your own room, the shared areas of the apartment are, of course, available to both WG residents.

Location: The apartment is located in the greenery and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It is only a 10 min walk to Mülenen station. By car, it is 10 min to Spiez, where there is also a motorway connection, and 20 min to Thun.

About me: My name is George (eng/de), I am 33 years old, originally from Greece and have been living in Switzerland since 2021. I work as a pastry chef in a nearby hotel and I also enjoy cooking and baking in my free time.

Who I am looking for: I am looking for a friendly and reliable person who values order and cleanliness. Peaceful coexistence as well as open and uncomplicated communication are very important to me.
