We’re offering a room in a bright, characterful 3-person shared flat with a unique layout - the heart of the apartment is a cozy atrium, flooding the space with light. You’ll also have access to a huge private terrace, perfect for relaxing. The furniture (working desk of solid wood, huge wardrobe with lighting, huge 2mx2m bed out of solid wood) is available for sale as well (bonus points if you are willing to take them over).

Two friendly engineers (early 30s), both working full-time. This is not a party flat but a space to relax, share good conversations, and enjoy a peaceful environment. Above all, we value a clean and well organized shared space.

Looking for:
An English-speaking professional or PhD, ideally 28-35 years old, respectful, easygoing, and most importantly, clean.

• Deposit: 3 months rent
